My Banham alarm won't set

Keypad messages says 'Unable to set' 

If you see a message on your keypad saying 'Unable to set' it could mean one of your doors or motion sensors are open. This area should be checked for open doors, windows, pets, movement, etc.

 

If the message says 'Restore required' or 'Engineer restore require' and asks you to quote a number, please call the Banham ARC who will assist with this. This is a 24h service. 

 

If you can't resolve the problem, you will need to contact our Banham service engineer team on 020 7622 5151.
